By booking or using Rocket Dogs facilities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure the safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment of all visitors and their dogs.
1. About Rocket Dogs
Rocket Dogs provides private, secure dog paddock hire for personal recreational use, training, exercise, and controlled play. We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all dogs and their owners.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1 Booking Requirements
- Bookings must be placed prior to arrival.
- Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
2.2 Payment
- Payments are taken securely online at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods include card payments, wallet balance, or any additional payment options shown on the website.
2.3 Wallet Balance
- Users may add credit to their Rocket Dogs Wallet.
- Wallet funds can be used to pay for bookings at checkout.
- Wallet credit is non-refundable but can be used towards any future bookings.
- If a booking is cancelled in line with our cancellation policy, the refunded value is returned to the Wallet.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 Standard Cancellations
- You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your session for a full credit refund to your Rocket Dogs Wallet.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable.
3.2 Rocket Dogs Cancellations
In the rare event Rocket Dogs must cancel a session (e.g., severe weather, site maintenance, emergencies), you will receive a full credit to your Wallet.
3.3 No-Shows
A no-show counts as a used booking and is not eligible for a refund.
4. Arrival, Access & Use of the Paddock
4.1 Entry & Exit
- Please arrive no earlier than your booked time, and vacate the paddock promptly at the end of your session.
- Do not enter the paddock while another customer or their dogs are still present.
- Gates must be securely closed behind you at all times.
4.2 Vehicles & Parking
- Park only in designated areas.
- Rocket Dogs is not liable for damage to vehicles on-site.
4.3 Cleaning & Waste
- All dog waste must be bagged and disposed of in the bins provided.
- Please remove all toys, training items, and belongings at the end of your session.
- A clean environment is essential for everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
5. Code of Conduct for Owners
5.1 Respect for the Space
- Treat the facility with respect.
- Do not damage fencing, gates, equipment, or grounds.
- Report any issues immediately.
5.2 Behaviour
Users must:
- Maintain control of their dogs at all times.
- Ensure dogs do not dig holes, damage fencing, or cause harm to the paddock.
- Follow all instructions given by Rocket Dogs staff.
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings to users who do not follow the code of conduct.
6. Dog Safety & Behaviour Requirements
6.1 Vaccinations & Health
- Dogs must be up-to-date with vaccinations or titre tested.
- No dog with signs of infectious illness (e.g., kennel cough, vomiting, diarrhoea) may attend.
- Dogs must be free from contagious parasites.
6.2 Dangerous Dogs Policy
Rocket Dogs welcomes all breeds, including restricted or reactive dogs, provided they are handled responsibly. However:
- Dogs that pose a genuine danger to humans or other dogs must not be brought on-site.
- Dogs must never be used for intimidation or as a weapon.
- Owners remain fully responsible for any harm, injury, or damage caused by their dog.
- No dog may attend if subject to a court order that prohibits use of public facilities.
6.3 Reactive Dogs
Rocket Dogs is ideal for reactive dogs, but owners must:
- Ensure gates are secure at all times.
- Not allow off-lead dogs outside the secure paddock.
- Prevent dogs from attempting to jump or climb fencing.
6.4 Multiple Dogs
- You may bring up to the maximum allowed number of dogs per booking (as shown at checkout).
- All dogs must be from the same household unless pre-agreed.
- Group sessions or playdates must be supervised responsibly.
7. Children & Additional Visitors
- Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
- Children must not open gates, climb fencing, or approach unfamiliar dogs.
- Visitors enter the paddock at your own risk and under your responsibility.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly not allowed:
- Aggressive or uncontrolled dogs
- Third-party training sessions unless specifically authorised
- Commercial events without permission
- Alcohol or recreational drugs
- Littering
- Allowing dogs to dig excessively or damage fencing
9. Liability & Responsibility
9.1 Owner Responsibility
You accept full responsibility for:
- Your dog(s)
- Your actions
- Any injury, damage, or incident that occurs during your booking
Rocket Dogs is not liable for:
- Injuries to dogs or humans resulting from misuse of the facility
- Damage caused by your dog(s)
- Lost property or stolen items
9.2 Site Condition
Rocket Dogs strives to maintain a safe environment. However, outdoor spaces naturally present risks (slippery ground, uneven surfaces, wildlife, etc.). Visitors use the facility at their own discretion.
10. Accounts & User Data
10.1 Account Requirements
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify Rocket Dogs if you suspect unauthorised access
10.2 Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to:
- Repeated misconduct
- Failure to follow safety rules
- Abusive behaviour towards staff
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
11. Changes to Terms
Rocket Dogs may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the service signifies acceptance.
